Shipping policy

  • We offer one method of shipping: Standard. This may take 2-8 business days once the courier or Australia Post has scanned your parcel.
  • We offer a flat shipping rate for all customers within Australia for Standard shipping.
  • You as the customer have the choice to choose Authority To Leave, or Signature On Delivery. If you choose Authority To Leave, then once the consignment tracking is provided to you by us and indicates that your order has been delivered, Ozeya Handcrafted Soap is not responsible for the loss of a parcel.
  • Ozeya Handcrafted Soap operates from Monday to Friday. We endeavour to process your order within 2 business days. If you have made a custom order or wholesale order, the processing times will take longer than 2 business days. The team will endeavour to process your order as soon as possible. 
  • If your order is returned to sender, and you wish to have your order resent, you may be subject to additional shipping charges.
  • Ozeya Handcrafted Soap is not responsible for any deliveries to a wrong address. You, as the customer, will need to carefully review your address details before completing your purchase.
  • We do not offer any delivery guarantees as Ozeya Handcrafted Soap are not responsible for any delays with our couriers and Australia Post. 
  • If your order is delivered to you damaged or you have experienced unlikely circumstances, please contact Ozeya Handcrafted Soap with an image of the order and any damage, along with your order reference number. This must be conducted within a reasonable time period.
